What You’ll Do
As a Growth Manager at Screeb, you will play a vital and strategic role in driving the growth of the company, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies.
- Launch worldwide campaigns from idea-generation through to the first contact
- Execute paid channels campaigns to get short term results
- Design and operate organic channels (mainly seo), from strategy to copy and reporting
- Conversion Rate Optimisation : improve the conversion rates for our prospects - from lead to trial and from trial to paid. You'll work with Product and Sales team on pricing, UX, sales workflow to identify friction points and roll out improvements.
- Experiment campaigns and determine how best to scale them
- Build automated workflows to scale enrichment and outreach
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the implementation of growth-focused features and improvements.
- Gather customer and market research to identify relevant patterns to produce relevant audiences and messaging (persona, industries, specific business use cases…)
- Communicate on a daily basis with our Sales team to ensure a feedback loop on goals
- Your tools stack will include a powerful arsenal of software and platforms to fuel your success, such as Hubspot, Intercom, LaGrowthMachine, Sales Nav, Google Ads, Webflow, Ahrefs, and any other tools you believe are essential for achieving outstanding results!
