Preamble

Purpose of the Security Assurance Plan (SAP)

This document describes the measures implemented by Screeb to meet its customers' security requirements.

In particular, it defines the organization that will be set up to manage the security of the Service and the technical, organizational and procedural measures that will be implemented in accordance with the security requirements expressed by the customer, and which Screeb undertakes to maintain at all times during the term of the Contract.

The SAP is an appendix to the Contract.

Responsibilities related to the SAP

Screeb, through the safety manager appointed for the Service, is responsible for applying the Safety Assurance Plan.

The SAP must be approved by the customer; Screeb is responsible for its proper execution.

Screeb will not propose any modification which, from the customer's point of view, would imply a reduction in the security commitments.

At the customer's first request, or in the event of a change in the scope of the Services, Screeb undertakes to update the SAP.

This update must be validated by the customer.

As this is a contractual document, any modification must be the subject of an amendment to the Contract.
