What You’ll Do
As a Growth Outbound Manager at Screeb, you will play a vital and strategic role in driving the growth of the company, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies.
- Identify high-potential segments and execute outbound strategies to drive signups to our website and drive sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Launch worldwide outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to the first contact
- Conversion Rate Optimisation : improve the conversion rates for our prospects - from lead to trial and from trial to paid. You'll work with Product and Sales team on pricing, UX, sales workflow to identify friction points and roll out improvements to build a self-service and sales-led machine!
- Experiment campaigns and determine how best to scale them
- Work with other cross-functional teams to connect other channels (content, webinar, ads, etc)
- Build automated workflows to scale enrichment and outreach
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the implementation of growth-focused features and improvements.
- Coordinate list imports into Hubspot ensuring data quality in collaboration with our Sales Ops
- Gather customer and market research to identify relevant patterns to produce relevant audiences and messaging (persona, industries, specific business use cases…)
- Increase Sales efficiency through different tools, automation, and templates
- Communicate on a daily basis with our International Sales team to ensure a feedback loop on goals
- Your tools stack will include a powerful arsenal of software and platforms to fuel your success, such as Hubspot, Intercom, LaGrowthMachine, Sales Nav, Google Ads, Webflow, Ahrefs, and any other tools you believe are essential for achieving outstanding results!
